BLUE- Seared Steak with a warm centre
RARE- Brown outside, red inside with plenty of juices running freely
MEDIUM RARE -Similar to rare but with less free-flowing juices. Still red in very middle and brown outside
MEDIUM-Pink with slight redness in the centre. Once again, juices throughout and brown outside
MEDIUM WELL- The meat is darker brown to a deep pint throughout and still juicy
WELL DONE- The meat is dark brown throughout, but still juicy
